Kazakhstan Minister of Energy Kanat Bozumbaev said that Uzbekistan is interested in supplying oil from Kazakhstan with a volume of up to 5 million tons per year.

The minister also added that Kazakhstan is ready to continue to supply oil to Uzbekistan from its own resources through the Kenkiiak-Kumkol oil pipeline.

Last year * 208.7 thousand tons of crude oil in natural terms were delivered to Uzbekistan, by value it is – for 106.7 million dollars (+ 42.7% per year).
